The trip to the Republic of Moldova was a very dense travel through time and space. Within only five days a group of twenty participants from all over Europe had the chance to experience the artistic scene of the country. Starting with the capital Chisinau the impressions were intensified by short trips to Tiraspol (Transnistria) and to institutions in Pârliţa and Palanca in the coutryside. The term art is wide streched between contemporary art, design and traditional handicraft and meeting these different people and understanding what their working conditions and contexts were was very enriching.
